5. Restaurant Responsibility
Each restaurant listed on Food Mall is responsible for:

- Order fulfillment
Food Mall acts only as a platform connecting users and restaurants.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds may be issued only in eligible cases such as incorrect or missing orders.
- Cancellation requests depend on order status and restaurant approval.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Abuse or harass staff, delivery riders, or restaurant partners
- Place fake or duplicate orders
